White & Case adds two partners to its Hong Kong office

Recently, White & Case announced the arrival of Fergus Saurin and Grace Zhu as partners in its Hong Kong office.

Fergus Saurin focuses on complex cross-border litigation and arbitration, internal investigations, and crisis management, providing legal support to clients in the private equity, hedge fund, and private credit sectors on related contentious matters. Prior to joining White & Case, he joined Broadfield's Hong Kong office in July 2025 as head of the Asia disputes resolution and investigations practice. Before that, he served as head of Asia disputes resolution at Kirkland & Ellis and practised for nearly a decade at Holman Fenwick Willan.

Grace Zhu has long practised in the areas of cross‑border government enforcement, internal investigations, and compliance due diligence, with extensive experience in handling inquiries and investigations by major regulatory authorities in Asia and the United States on behalf of global clients. Prior to joining White & Case, she practised at Hogan Lovells, Kirkland & Ellis, and Broadfield.
