Hogan Lovells has announced the arrival of partner Eric Tan in its Singapore office.

Eric has over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, with a practice spanning acquisition finance, fund finance, structured finance, pre-IPO financing, real estate finance, margin lending, and private note issuance. His client base includes financial institutions, private credit funds, multinational corporations, and private equity sponsors.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Eric worked at Linklaters, Fangda Partners, and Ashurst.
