Recently, O'Melveny & Myers announced the promotion of Vincent Wang, an attorney from its China Practice Group, to partner.

Vincent Wang is based in O'Melveny's Hong Kong office, and his main practice areas include capital markets, corporate mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and other general corporate matters. His clientele spans multiple industries such as consumer goods, TMT, healthcare, energy and manufacturing, finance, and real estate.

Previously, Vincent was a partner in the corporate practice group at Paul Hastings' Hong Kong office and joined O'Melveny as counsel in 2023.
