O'Melveny & Myers has announced that partner John Curran and attorney Daniel Sharif have joined its Singapore office.

John Curran has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors, strategic investors, corporations, and credit funds on a wide range of financing transactions across the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisitions and leveraged finance. Prior to joining O'Melveny, he was a partner in the debt finance practice at Kirkland & Ellis in Hong Kong and previously practiced at Allen & Overy in its London and Singapore offices.

Daniel Sharif focuses on cross-border acquisition financing and specialized financing matters. He previously practiced at Kirkland & Ellis and Paul Hastings.

This follows the earlier additions of partners Stephanie Keen and Sylvia Taslim to O'Melveny’s Singapore office in October 2024.
