360 DigiTech completed its secondary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

On November 29, 360 DigiTech, Inc. (NASDAQ: QFIN) successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 3660.HK at an offering price of HK $50.03. After listing in Hong Kong, 360 DigiTech became the first Chinese fintech stock to return to Hong Kong.
360 DigiTech is a Chinese credit technology platform founded in 2016, providing a full range of technology services, including assisting financial institutions, consumers and small and micro enterprises in the loan life cycle, including borrower acquisition, preliminary credit assessment, fund matching and post-loan services, with 360 ious app as the main user interface.
The listing was co-sponsored by Citigroup and CICC.
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flomand affiliates acted as the Hong Kong and US legal counsel for the issuer, while Commerce & Finance Law Offices acted as China legal counsel.
The Hong Kong and US legal counsel for the underwriters were Kirkland & Ellis, and the Chinese legal counsel was Jingtian & Gongcheng.
